Training & Development
TEAM Attenda is critical to Attenda’s success and underpins the confidence that Client’s have when entrusting the company with their critical applications. Ongoing development of both individual’s and TEAMs ensures the level of Service Excellence continues to be delivered with the certainty clients require.
Training, development and career progression are taken very seriously. Every encouragement and facility is given for individuals to constantly challenge themselves through a variety of mechanisms. Areas of development are identified through a structured appraisal process and all employees are encouraged to devise a personal development plan which, with the company’s support, can then be acted upon.
Training methods vary depending on the topic and key disciplines but include coaching and mentoring from managers and peers, specialised internal training programmes and off-site classroom based courses. Labs and equipment are made available as are learning materials and a fully equipped learning centre, however learning on the job through engagement in real projects and hands on life experiences, via objective based tasks, remains a firm favourite with our TEAM.
